If an article says "arrested on drug charges" or the like, followed by possession of marijuana, it is not a drug charge. overblown statements. it's marijuana, don't make it out to sound like the guy/girl was caught with a bag of blow or heroin, e, LSD, etc. come on man! it's like saying, arrested for possession of a nip.
